Overheard at my polling station...

On the "I Voted!" stickers (part of a campaign by Citizen Next):
"We get stickers this year!"
"Yay, I passed!"
"I get a sticker for voting? Cool!"
"Are you the lady with the stickers?"

On low voter turnout:
"[Voting] is so easy, I don't know why more people don't do it. I guess they're just lazy."

On being an official future voter:
me to small child: "So you're going to vote when you get bigger, right?"
small child: *nods*
parent: "How old do you have to be to vote?"
small child: "Four."
